How I work

Health Consultations

I work with clients in depth and individually.

I focus on the person rather than the illness and work with clients to address the root cause.

Although I don’t specialize in a specific area I believe the primary stepping stone to healing is addressing imbalance within the gut and the interconnected relationship it has with the body systems.

I take a holistic approach to health, combining my knowledge of Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, and Ayurveda to assist you on your wellbeing journey.

Holistic Approach

Takes into account the whole person, addressing their physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. Rather than treating the symptoms alone, treating the individual and the cause of their illness.

Herbal Medicine

Combines the knowledge of modern medical skills with the scientific understanding of plants and their effects on the body. Uses herbs to support a person’s physiology and promoting self healing mechanisms.

Nutrition

Lays the foundations for health development. Nourishing the body with the fuel to look after itself and building a healthy gut environment so the body effectively assimilates nutrients and may thrive.

Ayurveda

Recognises that each person is unique and that wellness is found within the balance of the individual. Ayurveda uncovers a persons constitution and uses nutrition, lifestyle, herbs and the rhythms of nature to support them back into equilibrium.
